What community does the capital formation in your country?

In India, it is the Parsis, Marwaris, Sindhis,the Chettiars are the people who save the money and form the capital which is available for industry and economy. In USA, it is the jews who form the capital in sizeable quantity. In your country do you have any specific community which forms the capital?

I am from Malaysia and in my country the chinese community contributes the largest part of the capitals in the country in terms of economy and industry.

In chinese community there may be some sections specifically known for saving money and thus helping formation of capital. Thanks for the information.

In Karnataka, it is the Setty (Vysyas - trading community) community are the people who save money and help formation of the capital. There are lot of Sindhis in Karnataka but I am not sure whether they form capital for the purpose of lending.
