Do you think Bill Clinton was a good president?

defenitelyi think clinton was a better president than bush ,..cuz in his rule america was in a better position than now.i during bush rule he has had to face many kinds of problems.and also clintion looks very smart..lol!!!

one shudn't correlate private life and official life.clinton has been the best president a country can ever get in recent past.he alone can't b blamed for that incident.monica share's the equal degree of fault.and moreover that came in 2 being way bak..clinton was very gud as a president.he never used his power 2 intentionally dictate terms on other countries...

I definately think that Bill Clinton was a better President,I think that he was a President that was about the people.he was a great President, as you said he kept us out of a serious war.he was well liked by all races,and I do not think that a lot of people turned their backs on him because of the Monica situation.some say that he was just human.some say you never know what was going on in his household and maybe he was getting some much needed attention.no matter the reason,I think that Bill Clinton was a great President.Our President George Bush cannot hold a candle to him.If Bill Clinton was still in office the world would be in a better situation right now.there would probably be more jobs,no mess with the war,gas prices would be down,taxes would not be so high,people would not be resigning from the Presidual Cabinet.all in all,I would say if Bill Clinton was still President the world wound be a much better place.
