my daughter got an e on a test when she cut her skin open with a pencil. she had to go to the office and get it cleaned out and get a bandaid. when she got back the test was over and her teacher gave her an e for not finishing. what do you think i should do if he does not let her retake the test?

What is an "e"? First off, you should be concerned about why your child cut herself with a pencil, not about retaking the test. Once you resolve that issue, talk to the teacher and find out what their rules are when something like that occurs during a test. If you don't like his answer, you can take it up with the principal, but if she did harm herself intentionally, then maybe she shouldn't be allowed to retake the test.
