which one is the best place to live in USA?

I feel that Delaware would be the best place to live since we are right in the middle of a lot of major cities. We are in driving distance of New York, Philly, DC, Baltimore, New Jersey and Virginia. So many nice places that we can drive to for fun or to go visit. Plus we rarely get severe weather here.
