how do i lose weight

i have trying to lose weight for past 2 years but to avail. my hectic work schedule makes me so worked out that i cannot get up early in the morning to exercise. during my job timings most of my work is done sitting at a streach for 2-3 hours. help me!

well listen...past two years u tried loe weight ight?..then u definetly must've tried dieting..it dint work..the thing is that..there are many kinds of overweights..only the ones due to over eating reduce when we eat less or diet..others which are due to work pressures..or emotional back outs.. dnot go down by dieting..so first find out why this happenned..u said ur day is full hectic.so try taking a break and relaxing...dnot take high tensions..
AND COMING TO THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT!!!!!
salt has very high affinity towards water..each gram of salt holds 10gms of water and hence increases weight..so to reduce weight...stop salt totally..dnot stop eating food..just stop eating salt..zero salt!!!..try to reach tht stage..then drink a lot of water..it removes the salt already stored in u..[first stop salt then drink water..dont do the reverse]..this excess water shudnot be drunk as u wish..first stop salt totally..then message me oer mylot.i'll reply u about the proper schedule to drink water..then follow that..it works fantastically..u gain health and a glowing skin[coz u drink more water]..as u lose weight..double benefit..it works..take care

Doing the daily exercise and reduce eating oil contained foods and fat foods automatically will become thin day by day. and take dry food.
