Does being Lazy comes from race?

This is what a friend of mine commented when she went to state where majority are of this "Z" race... and that the crime rate of this state is higher compared to other state,unemployment rate is high...and majority got a laid back life...what could be the factor of this...is it more on discrimination? Or that the particular person would always feels inferior over the other thats why they dont work at all?...comment?

i dont think it comes from race,i think that people are to bloody lazy to work and thats it .
