Learning to Drive without a driving license

My brother and I go for rides at night......I am learning to drive and I don't have a license.......my brother says it's not a big deal and I really don't know if this is right......well my brother is a expert driver and he has a license.......

lol if the police get u..they'll charge u around 300...happened to me once.

It is not right to be driving without a license or a permit. If you two get into an accident, the police will arrest you or write you up for driving without a license or permit. You both would get into trouble. If you had a learners permit and were driving with your adult brother or parent than that would be okay.
