Only twice or thrice I visit my doctor. I take good care of myself and that protects me from all diseases.

It depend on the condition, when I feel just a Panadol will make me fit and recover my health than I don't think to disturb the doctor, if the condition is ou of control than I don't have any choice other than to contact to the doctor.

I see the doctor every 3 months for a blood pressure check. Everyone should see a Health Professional every 12 months to have a blood pressure check. I go more often because of the medication I take for depression.
I do get the occassional infection because I have hay fever, sinus trouble and lots allergies so I sometimes need a dose of antibiotics.
I am very lucky that I do not have to pay for treatment or consultations because in the UK we have the NHS.

I usually get sick at least twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. I usually get sinus infections when I get sick or strept throat. When the temperature changes really affects me a lot. I usually need an antibiotic to cure me as the over the counter medication does not help.

You know now that I think about it I dont get that often at all. I might get sick once to twice a year to the point that I need to take medicine. My husband on the otherhand is sick once everyother month.

I was never sick more than 2 times per year until this past year. I have had to go to a Dr. 5 times this year for sinus infection. It all started when I quit smoking. Sometimes I have to go to a Dr. because I catch a virus. but most of the time only 3 times per year.

I seldom am ill enough to see the doctor.Maybe once a year. I am sorry to say I even fall behind on annual physicals. Most things I get sick with are of the nature of being self limiting. I will get over them when they run their course. I take some over the counter remedies, but I usually approach illness with food or kitchen remedies first.

I usually get sick 2 times a year. Once in the winter and once in the summer I dont go to the doctor for it because its just a virus, and they cant do nothing about it.I usually get just a head cold and coughing. takes about 10 before it all goes away.

I've been fortunate in my life. Other than getting malaria and dengue fever, I've been blessed with good health most of my life. I'm not a health nut either. I try to eat healthy, but then again I do cheat once in awhile - hey, I love my mexican food but I do exercise daily and take vitamins so that might be one of the things that help. The most important factor though I think is genetics. My family seems to be made up of people who stay pretty healthy until the day they die.
