There are various forms of medical treatments ranging allopathy, homeopathy, ayurveda, siddha, unani, chinese medicines, acu pressure, acu puncture, reiki, pranic healing, magnetic therapy, himalayan medicines based therapies, tibetian medicines and others.
Among the specified methods of treating diseases, which is the best method of treatind diseases according to you?
Even Yogas too supplement the therapies that have been mentioned.
In my opinion each therapy has its own superiority over other in different aspects. So a best way is to adopt co-ordinated treatment.
My father is a diabetic (diabetes). He used to co-ordinate different therapies. The resultant is good health with the controlled blood sugar levels.
The method of co-ordinated treatment has a great influence in containing hypertension and maintain good health.
It too acts well for ailments like fever, diarrhoea, dysentry, head ache, spondilitis, chikun gunya, madras eye, malaria, typhoid, obesity, etc.

In my opinion allopathy is most thoroughly researched medical treatment today. All other treatments either have little or nil research backing. They are rather based on experiences. Until a treatment is thoroughly researched and all the effects (and side effects) weighed by experts it should not be prescribed. If we do not know side effects of any treatment it does not guarantee that it is safe.

It seems you are not experienced with any alternative medicines. That is why you prefer allopathy. Many alternative medicines donot have any side effects at all. It is time tested and proved. But Allopathy medicines are very harmful in some cases, which is proved. I find instances of cure for heart diseases, cancer, etc. in alternative medicines. But there is no cure for such medicines in case of allopathy. In my opinion co-ordinated medication is the best, i.e., adopting two or more at the same time, complimenting each other. Actually many alternative medications concentrate on improving the organs' efficiency. But allopathy concentrate on disease or symptom. So when you opt for two medications at the same time, you could get rid of the symptoms or disease asap. It is time tested and proved. My father practices homeopathy, ayurvedic, siddha, etc. He opts for co-ordinated medication and recommends the same. Outcomes are quicker cure with improving immuno system.

friend i would like to know the source from which you got such a wrong information. homoeopathy medicines never contain minerals in huge quantity. its not the quantity fo minerals that cures but its the vital power that is generated after the process of dynamization of very small quantity of material used as medine in a liquid medium. thats why homoeopathic medicine never has any side effects but boosts the body immune system so that the present illness gets cured and also fall less prey to other illness.
