How to win a Girl's Heart?

I have a very descent and good looking girl freind. We know each other for last 10 months....but still our relation ship not developed much!!!! when we meet just smile and wish each other and we talk for 5 minutes and it is not more than that.
I like to talk to her atleast twise a day but we can't as both of us working, even i asked her mobile number....but she just refused and said she does't give mobile no to anybody, if necessary call office no.
So I think she still not believing fully.
So guys and gals discuss on this issue how a boy can win girls heart.

Hey you need to entertain her. Take some time out of your office. Make it upto her office. Drive her home. Be with her for as much time as you can. Try to be very perfectionist atleast in front of her. Try to be humurous. I know all this is a real tough task, but all will happen mutually. Just give a try.
