i dont agree with u my dad is 48 now and he has nt got any white hair till now and my mom is 46 and she even has nt got any white hairs its not like that they have remover it or gone for dye..

Yes, this is the fact to know the age from different country because average longivity of people each country is differ so hair start white later where longivity is high.

I think it depend on country to country, ours is around 41-42 yrs.
