husband do'nt take care of his wife

i do'nt know why but i have seen that most of the husband do'nt care for his wife but if any body else's wife is there,they will take care,if little problem they will see,they tell every thing do this,do that and if the same problem with his wife he will never pay attention and always say what happened to you why other's problem they can only see,i also faced the problem that's why i am asking/
