X Box problems..

I got my son an x box not long ago and just about everytime we try to play a game it has some type of error like it cant read the disc.. I JUST bought him a game for it that he opened yesterday for a christmas gift and it keeps saying there is an error.. does anyone else have this problem with their x box and if so what do u do to fix it?

If the game disk is in good condition then I'm afraid to say its something wrong with the x-box. If its having problems reading the disk then its probably something wrong with the cd rom drive. If your x-box has a warrenty then send it in and it should be repaired for free. If you don't have a warrenty then my best advise would be to get someone who knows what their doing or send it into Microsoft.
