I'd recommend http://www.weightwatchers.com there is a whole community there who will give support. I plan to get back to this as soon as possible. Believe you can!

I don't think exercise or strenous work can make one to lose weight. Just stop being happy and contented with yourself for a week, you will see how faster and better stress helps in weight loss.

yeah..i have a fantastic way..this is called water therapy..the logic behind it is tht salt has high affinity towards water and hence each grm of salt holds up 10 gms of water..so we look fatter..the way out is that u try to avoid salt all together..u may say salt is essential..but the req amount of salt will come thru vegetables..u ned not add again..then try drinking more water..first stop salt totally..then go for water..its a remarkably cool way to maintain health but still lose weight..u wont lose energy..u'll just lose weight..and yeah..the more water is not arbitrary..ther is a preplanned schedule ..u cant just drink water how muchever and whenever u feel like it..first stop salt and when u achieve tht stage..then just message me on mylot..i'll give u the full details of the water therapy..i am not doing any publicity for anyone..i personally follow this schedule and i want to spread the knowledge..it works amazingly well..

No suggestions but I am embarking on the same journey in 2 days. I plan to limit my caloric intake, exercise when I can and drink LOTS OF WATER!
