Belgium is a nice country to visit, but not to live! High taxes! If you come to Brussel you'll see that it's not so beautiful for the capital of Europe, but in any case narrow streets in the cente gives you comfortable feeling =) And don't miss to taste bear! Krik of Duvel, Chimay ...mmmmm tasty

hehe... :) ik zou het frituur ook wel missen. Belgium is a free country indeed, but the netherlands are just a little bit more free ;) . America isn't known for it's freedom, it's like saying greenland is known for it's hot summers, or am i wrong... oh what the heck, nobody's following this old discussion anymore :)

I don't even really know much about belgium, but it is always associated with delicious waffles in my mind. That and a lot of snow. yeah...like powdered sugar snow. I think i am hungry or something.

Belgium must be a very interesting place - a meeting place of multiple cultures, a rarity in europe due to its multilingual community. Some dark references to the Congo episode may be the only shadow that overlooms Belgium. But the people have proven that they are essentially good, tolerant and helpful. And it looks so wonderful at night, as the nightshots postcards I have vouchsafe.
