How much do you exercise? Do you feel different now?

Everybody should do at least a 30 minutes of exercise a day. When I can I like to walk, do a class of aerobics here and there and once in a blue moon I jump on my bike and cycle. But I don't think it's a lot... What about you? And after you started your program, did feel a difference? Maybe you really started to love your exercise? Please advice. I hope that if I read an encouraging response it might help me change my habits too. Thank you.

I only excersice when I am made to. I am just a really lazy person in general however my body is healthy and I am more than capable of doing excersice but I could be on mylot or the internet in general making a lot more money.

i do about 3 hours per day, i go the gym for 1 hour then i jog for 1 hour then i rest and then go for a swim in my pool every day, that keeps me realy fit
