Well, sounds like you really like this person, or have fallen in Love with them. Somehow without ruining your Friendship with this person, you need to explore your options further, and see how they feel about you. i think u r in love pal. relax its not wrong or unethical to fall in love with ur best friend. actually i feel its quite natural. if u feel she may get offended if u express ur love, show her in small ways like treating her special even in a group to let her get the hint. all the best.
