IS 500cents-500dollars A SCAM????

im seriously pissed off with http://www.500cents-500dollars.org/pages/index.php?refid=neztin ! it's a paid email company. and for free member, the payout is $500. i've finally made my first $500 last 11 november, and untill now i havent got any pay in my paypal!! so is it a scam?

I bet they have some obscure loophole that prevents everyone from ever getting paid. I have never heard of the site though. How long did it takeyou to get to that level?
