Turkey or ham, which is your favorite holiday’s foods?

I eat turkey on a regular basis throughout the year because it is low in fat, assuming you don't eat the skin.
I love those Honey Baked Hams for special occasions, but they are extremely expensive, so one of my goals is to learn those wo coat and inject spices into ham to imitate the flavor.
