I don't know of a permanent cure, but something you can try is taking a cotton pad, and applying apple cider vinegar to your problem areas. Mixed with a little witch hazel it removes the residue left behind from anything you have used to clean your face. You can also try steaming your face with distilled water that has a bit of eucalyptus, lavendar, and / or lemon disslved in it.
