I think he should tell a lady friend about it but make sure that it's just between you and her and make it clear that you're telling her for the "victim" to be more comfortable talking to a fellow woman. Maybe it's a little embarassing for woman if a man would be telling her that she stinks.

I think they do know it but thinks that it's not them but other people lol. Telling someone that she has bad odour is really really hard especially if you're a man and you need to tell a woman. But I think you should tell her directly coz if you would tell someone about it, then it might be a gossip. Maybe you can also give her a beautiful set of deodorant with a sweet note telling her what you know and that you're just concerned. Hope it'll work out!

Yes, I think so! They are ones who know their body well. I have a friend who has, I told him that sometimes I can smell, he told me that he doesn't know what to do, he put on deodorant but still it's there. He'll be meeting a doctor on January. I do not judge him nor hate him, but I really want to help him. We're still friends. He has body Odour but it shouldn't break a relationship.
