you are enough to go www.e-gold.com and www.paypal.com and to make I register in cadastre it, in the paypal goes to ask for you to place number of credit card, she does not place and she polishes this stage

hai was think to say you somthing but realy dont have any exeriance...so wont speak really after so many people have responded with the solution...but i will be very happy if i can help you in just any way...what is the problem actully...ok i got your pint do one thing...it is risky thoch...create a fake account of paypal or e-gold where it is working and dont get a credit card attached ...even if you do whats wrong in that...hope it works..

Everyone can register to e-gold, its free. Paypal is free either, but its more complicated. You require a credit card number in Paypal, but not in e-gold.
Here you go:
e-gold is an electronic currency, issued by e-gold Ltd., a Nevis corporation, 100% backed at all times by gold bullion in allocated storage.
