Why was the show stopped?

i absolutely loved the show...but it came late in my country and i was devastated to know it has stopped...can ne1 tell me why?

i know you posted this a year ago, but to you and anyone else who may be wondering.. it was stopped because ratings just weren't up to par in the us. they tried to have it compete with fox's "the oc" and it just didn't work. even though lawki was much better than the oc.
