Architecture:
“Epitome Of Love” was finest example of Mughal architecture, a fusion of Persian, Indian and Islamic. For twenty-two years, twenty thousand workers erected it with the help of skilled architects; inlay craftsmen, calligraphers, stone-carvers and masons. The magnificent mausoleum was constructed in 1631 and completed in 1653.
Few renowned craftsmen are
1) Islamic master architect was Ustad Isa or Ustad Ahmad Lahauri of Baghdad.
2) Dome maker Ismail Afrindi of Turkey designed the hemispheres.
3) Qazim Khan of Lahore casted the gold finial of the dome top.
4) Chiranji Lal of Delhi designed the mosaic.
5) Amanat Khan of Shiraz (Persia) was the master calligrapher.
6) Amir Ali of Baluchistan was the expert stonecutter
7) Mohammed Hanif was the master mason.

Taj Mahal according to me:The Taj Mahal (Hindi: ??? ???; Persian/Urdu: ??? ???) is a monument located in Agra, India, at 27° 10'28.67"N, 78° 2'32.05"E, constructed between 1631 and 1654 by a workforce of 22,000. The Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned its construction as a mausoleum for his favourite wife, Arjumand Bano Begum, who is better known as Mumtaz.
The Taj Mahal (sometimes called "the Taj") is generally considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements of Persian, Indian and Islamic. The Taj Mahal has achieved special note because of the romance of its inspiration. While the white domed marble mausoleum is the most familiar part of the monument, the Taj Mahal is actually an integrated complex of structures.

Taj Mahal the famous structure was constructed by 20,000 skilled workers. But after the Taj Mahal was built both the hands of 20,000 skilled workers were cut off so that they couldn't make another one.
