Can human body store and retrieve data in terms of static charge?

Yes there are high chances and i already saw a hit tech film in hollywood where the hero stores some data in his brain and gets that uploaded after a secret mission. I forgot the name.
Yes it is possible to store data in organic forms not sure if that could be static charge.
