do u spend more time sitting before computer?

yes i do, i spend time on mylot, online games, mailing, and browsing, but of course its healthy to take some breaks in between, which i won't do...lol. but i never heard that sitting before computer causes obesity...well, its not a direct cause at least...lol...

Yes my dear...it can cause obesity but not directly.Fisrt let me tell you while sitting infront of a computer for hours you generally don't have any kind of physical movement or we can say there is no physical activity at all.So the more hours you spend the more fat will be deposited on your body.Thats why it casues obesity.You can ask any experts they will never advice you to sit infront of a computer for hours without taking a break.

Yes I do. I like spending my time withe computer playing games, browsing net, chating etc.......................

yes i spend more time in front of my computer doing mylot :) i can say right now that my computer is my life right now. :)

Yes i do.But the thing is that i dont spend a lot of time constantly.I take break in every 30 min.Beacuse sitting infront of computer for hours constantly can be harmful to eyes and can casue OBESITY.

I dont sit every time on the comp I do other thing like going out and play cricket...
