Windows will not start after power cut

IS there a problem only with your windows, or the PC doesn't starts ? I think you better give some more details...

Hi I turn the computer on and it starts booting up and then after about 20 seconds it stops it then states windows will start running again and trys again and again and again but with no luck

backup your files first to another harddisk by slaving your current harddisk worse you have to format your HD and install your windows

i think any error occured and better for you to try to give SYSTEM RESTORE in SAFE MODE

Why dont you try hitting F8 before the startupo screen, you should be getting a number of options,select the option that says "Use las working settings" or something like that, i dont remember exactly, it will help... tell me if it doesn't work, i ll try to help you out as well as i can!!!
