Why isn't this working for my pain?

I have some bad tooth pain and I usually take iburprofen for it. (A lot, like 800-1600 mg at a time) and it seems to be the only thing that works. The problem is... I don't have any right now.. Tylenol and Aleve do not work. I take codeine when it gets really bad but I am out of that too :( I took one of my husbands vicodans but it's not doing anything?? I'd just like to get some sleep... any suggestions?
