presumed amount of money

being the purchaser of a suite on the "collegepark" project(1 bedroom+den) i would like to know the presumed amount of money i can get while renting such a unit.thank you.

In Australia you would expect a rent of 6% to 7.5% (negotiable and determined by position,locality,etc.)
