what would u chose---roti(chapati) or rice?

people love food and so do some have there diet on and cant eat what they want but about carbohydrate rich food,which do u prefer to eat.Saying about me-I eat chapati in breakfast and dinner and rice in lunch.it goes well 4 me with balance in concern.
