why is raining so cheerful ?

Raining create a sooding atmosphere all around and activate our chromosomes which creates a feeling of satifaction in our body and what else .....

I don't know about all that but when rain takes place it gave us cold moisture which make us fell good and relaxing .hearts says that just get into pullover and have some hot dishes with tea
