The earnings are calculated from each beginning of the Month to the end of the Month for example 1st December-31st December then you will receive your Money on the 15th of the month after which in this case is 15th January You earn Money by making Discussions and responding to discussions also by uploading Images that have something to do with the Discussion for example if someone talks about a Pet and you respond then you upload a Pet I hope this helps you a bit

1. You are supposed to post discussion topics every day. Depending upon what quality posts you do every day, you get paid. 2. You get paid for posting descriptive, interesting and conclusive responses to the discussions 3. You get paid for uploading pictures related to the discussion topic and responses (to be eligible, you have to reach the rating of 500) 4. You can bring in referrals and 25% of their earnings from discussion posts is credited to your account 5. If you have a website, you can display mylot banners and earn money. The algorithm of earning here on myLot it's secret. All i can say is that you can earn based on quality of your postings, responding to other members discussions or by starting your own interesting ones. You can also upload relevant photos in discussions once you reach 500 posts and you can earn by rating discussions or by adding tags to them. I think that the more discussion that you reply to the more that you earn. People have told me that quality rather quantity is what is important. In other words you earn more for providing a quality and insightful response rather writing nonsense. Your eaenings are updated every 24 to 36 hours. That was what I was told at least. I was also told that it was imporatnt to submit tags before you reply to a discussion. I hope this helps.

You earn for each discussion you start and each response you make. The amount you earn is calculated by a complicated formula which MyLot don't reveal, though it averages at just under 2 cents per discussion and response. You will not see your earnings appear till the next day, because they calculate them and update them daily 24 hours behind. You also earn a little for each photo you post. It is very important to read the Guidelines before posting. If you do anything that goes against them, MyLot will be quick to delete your posts, remove your earnings for those posts and they will even ban you as a user if you persistently misbehave! Always post good discussions and respond thoughtfully to others. You will not earn anything by putting one word answers! Look around first and see what others have written and decide what makes a good answer and a bad. Good luck!
