i heard that during winter season (though theres no winter season here in my homeland..philippines) the skin tends to be dry and flaky. so is suggest you to avoid excessive exfoliation, use moisturizer as often as possible and drink plenty of water. u can also use milk during shower. goodluck may you have a healthy skin this on winter
