hurdels of gaining experience

We all make mistakes in our lives, which we continue to do our whole life. Every time we make new mistakes, which indeed is a sign of progress. This bunch of mistakes, over the period of time is called 'experience', which leads us to success and to make new mistakes from the lessons learnt earlier!!! This is an inevitable part of everybody's life. We should admit and exchange our mistakes/experience with kids and make them smarter in order not to commit the same mistakes. That's what is gaining from somebody else's experience.
