any natural way to gain weight?

we always hear about loosing weight.but has anyone thought about gaining weight?
people think its always nice to remain slim...but for those slimmies who want to gain weight,this discussion might help.
but the common thing the strikes us about weight gain is the calorie intake..it would be nice if you would suggest vegeteraian foods with more calories..

i think i can help do what i do
have milk shake everyday esp banana milk shake every day & lots of potato chips n french fries, for milder weight gain
for instant gain try raw egg yolk and eat much
weight gain is guaranteed and ah yes do 1 thing more be lazy hehe lol!

I used to be real skinny and couldn't gain weight no matter how much I ate. I don't have that problem anymore, I'm actually overweight now, but one thing that really put on weight was not being physically active. I don't recommend that for health reasons, but as far as weight gain goes, that did it for me. Also, drinking soda puts a couple pounds a month on.

I heard what u are saying. Everyone have different body and metabolism, so diet or wegiht gainers works unique with our bodies. Genetics too play a big role. Like myself, it doesn't take much for me to gain weight. I can put on 5-7 pounds in one day without little effort.
