Anyone Seen 'Fruits Basket'?

I DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIID My favorite character is Souma Ritsu. She ups.. he looks like me. Easy to ask apologize and panic. ^^ When I follow Indonesian dubbing competition, I dubbed him and his mother. My partner become Tohru and Yuuki. ^^ And we got first place. weheheh Thx to fruit basket ^^

Fruits Basket is the only anime I know of that *everyone* likes. My 13 year old niece, my 70 year old father and everyone in between all lose Fruits Basket. I don't know what it is that appeals to everyone, but I've yet to show it to someone and have them not like it. It's cute and funny and sincere and emotional and has just a nice blend of everything. And it's the only series I own the complete collection of!

This anime is great. Usually I don't like cutesy type animes with girls like Tohru as the main character. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Such a great storyline, a lot more depth than expected too. I just wish the entire manga was made into an animated series and not just the first couple novels. I would love to see the whole story played out...

This is one of the best anime ever created. This is full of moral lessons and values. The humor is just a plus. I almost shed some tears on most of the scenes here (especially that of Momonji). If you like Fruits Basket, you'll also like Aishiteruze Baby. =)

i saw this one ^^ so cute and fanny. I love it the manga is better than the anime but they both are pretty good.

Haven't seen it yet but I'm going too. Today I downloaded the first episode. I think I'll watch it tomorrow, and if I like it, I'll get it all ^_^

Fruits Basket is one of my favorite animes, as evidenced by my avatar. There are just so many things I like about it, starting with the stark light/dark mood contrasts thoughout the series. There are some wonderfully amusing characters, an interesting plotline, and quite a few laugh-out-loud moments. I find myself sometimes when I'm bored just pulling out one of the DVDs, popping it in, and playing a random episode. The funniest thing happened to me a few years ago right after I started watching Fruits Basket. I was working in a vitamin-type store, the store was empty, and I was trying to sing the theme song in Japanese. Just because I was bored. And, all of a sudden, there was this Japanese girl coming in the door, and she heard was I was singing, laughed, and started singing it. For the rest of the time I worked there, every time she came in we talk about Fruits Basket. =)

I agree with you! Fruit Basket is one of my favorite anime. I'm not much in shoujo anime but this one really melt my heart away. Same here~ every person who borrowed my Fruit Basket series end up asking for a copy. :D My favorite character would be Kyou

fruits basket! i agree, it's sooo cute!!! i love the characters, especially of the Sohma family. the stories behind each family member are also interesting. i'm particularly fond of yuki's older brother. he's funny!!! toru is a vibrant character, and i like how yuki is so much different from kyo... i haven't watched all episodes though,and i have no idea how the story ends.

That is one that I still haven't gotten to but would love to watch.
