Hydrogen has three isotopes, Hydrogen,Duterium,Tritium.

buddy u r rite and will be more so if u called protium instead of hydrogen ok my next question to all is why detergents give froth wid hard water while soap doesnt?

Nothing to worry, I am also not so good with chemistry but just trying to share knowledge which I have and want to receive the same. Mechanisms are also interesting topic. Q) Can u tell name/names of the reaction involving C+ , carbocation as an intermediate?

well most of the reaction hv carbocation as intermediate. infact tht is the most encountered intermediate. hmm to neme a few. well hydrogenation of alkene. alkyl halides reaction with KOH. and many more lol. are you on orkut ? ok its my turn now. tell me hydrogenation of alkene is cis addition or trans addition?

Ya, wht u said is also right. sinse fumaric acid is a trans form it wont form an anhydride as cis form can do.Which topic u like most from organic chemistry for discussion.
