Almost all the schools in my area are allowing students for copying in their final board examinations. They are even feeding the students by providing them with the answers. All this for the sake of competition and by showing results in this way they beleive in getting admissions for the next academic year. What i am saying is,by doing such a thing are they spoiling the future of the student. is this happening everywere.comments on this

I think it is a common practise in most of the well established schools in india. They are spoon feeding the students and misusing the examination center rights by allowing students to copy.sure the students will bear the pain in their future higher studies. The education Department should be in high alert and have constant vigilence over these schools.if they found anything against the rules they should ban the school for admission for the next academic year.

I agree with you. In Yamuna vihar a colony in delhi, I had taught for sometime in canterbury. That time school was new so they ahd nursery wing in a seprate place, while applying for CBSE certificate they bribed the officials and by careful planning they avoided bringing them to the nursery section. we were warned not to open opur mouth if in case officials do come over. I saw this and left the school soon after,it did get the certificate though. Now recently I have heard from a student that few school of east delhi have got together and just to show results they have made a pact that in Board exams you allow our kids to copy and we will allow your students to do so and canterbury is one of them. I don't know what kind of education they are imparting to the young minds.

It is a shame schools are having to do this. I have noticed an increase in teaching to the test so they can get more money from the government too. I have friends who are teachers who do not agree with this format.

Secondary education is one of the key for the better future!...But if were spoiling the students by letting them copied the answers during the examination, or giving them the answers to have a better results and to be at the top of most recommended schools!..It is not anymore correct!...Were just making the students dependent and they will graduate without any knowledge!...Knowledge is very improtant!..It is the only treasure that no one could take it away from us!..

yes some schools in india do this and they are spoiling the future of the student. In this way some students who perform good honestly may not be able to get seats of their interest. In the future, the student with no stuff will be sitting in engineering colleges and student with good stuff will be sitting in some arts college.Life of the sudent is being changed.

dear friend, today only degree has no value, u should have practical knowledge in this world. therefore study has no thatmuch value. all students should make their future by getting prectical knowledge only. because real world is totally diffrent than theorical knowledge. bookist knowledge has no value in this world, so u do study but dont give totaly time to study, u give time for getting knowledge of othere field where u have to proceed in future. have a nice day

let me tell you something i am a emdical student .And Know what this happens in my college also!! shocking isnt it?? it may be useful to increase marks and distinctions or merit students but in the long run such students will suffer due to lack of basic knowledge.often these students will face difficulty in future entance exams or in any field of life cos the minds of these students are programmed such that they remain care free thinkin that they will be helped during xams and this happy go lucky attitude wil cost them dear sooner or later.take care.

Copying? well that's kinda wierd... How will you know that they hhave learned if they have the references in front of them? well maybe they want to show off... Or maybe they think it's an effective way to help students remember the things because they read...

This happens with subject area testing (state tests) in the US. We call it "teaching to the test" We don't give the students the answers, but we focus so much on the end of the year test, that it sometimes impairs our ability to simply teach our kids during the year. It's hard, though, with the pressure on teachers to produce kids with high scores. If your students have low scores, you might not have a job next year.

By allowing students to cheat during exams means to generate less intelligent candidates for the country. When such candidates get selected at par of others on the basis of higher marks by cheating, then the intelligent one who was honest doest not get a chance in a company. Then may be the company can repent about selection when things go wrong to it.This indirectly brings country's name and fame down.Such things shud be prohibited in school itself and strict invisilation must be boosted by the government.
