How to index your site or list your website on google within 24 hour?

Is there anyone who know the procedure that google will list or index your website on his great search engine within 24 hour? I am asking you because its really worked for me. In generally after submit any new website on google......its takes 4 week to list or index.

In my past experience, they send out bugs into every single possible site, until they come upon websites... Then the bugs get a whole lot of info then report back to thier server to add listings. Yea, it takes a long time for them to actually find your websites, but the process speeds up considerably by setting up "tags" on your site...
