Saddam must pay for his crimes, but the present court has no authority to produce this verdict as it is built upon vested interests of USA and its allies. It is nothing but a mockery by those who want to ruin that country and take away all the resources. Then Iraq is far better than the current Iraq.

Correct! Saddam must pay for his crimes, after all he and his sons in particular are and were cold bloodied murders against their own population. Granted, the court is not doing a good job and is biased - but fortunately, there is ample evidence of Saddam's murderous dictatorship and suppression, so the court has little to prove apart from making appearances, - however, please specificy how Usa is profiting from the situation? It cannot be oil, since the war is costing in the hundreds of milliards (billions) of US $ - so were is the profit raking going on, to me it seems like a big hole in the pocket of Uncle Sam, plus of course the wasted lives of their young men fighting a ghost army of armed forces under camouflage of civilians - a hopeless job as they get you long before you understand that it isn't an old lady in a burka, but a terrorist with an AK47 and a grenade. The fighting out of uniform does not grant the non-uniformed combatant any rights under the Geneve convention.
How exactly does usa profit in Iraq?

I think this will cause alot of unrest within his supporters and i am afraid for all the civilians and also soldiers who will be killed and hurt during this.
The one about should he be hanged yes for all the torture he has done over the years i first fought shooting him would be better but then i heard if he is hanged it is a great shame for his religion and that it is beleived he will go to hell. So yes i think he should be hanged but i now feel for the people who will be killed.

well, unrest + - ? there is at present a deathtoll from unbridled terrorism of 30-50 per day. The human disaster and suffering apart, it is a number's "game". If there is a 2 or 3 times amount of violence when SH is hanged, then seen over a longer time perspective it could save the lives of thousands, - if he no longer provides a target for liberation by reactionary elements - as I for one believe SH still has managed to (1) either give certain commands from captivity or (2) by his mere existance cause all the killings in the streets from factions completely opposing eachother with fierce fanatism. In conclusion I think "good riddance to bad rubbish" his guilt cannot be even discussed, it is heavy and substantial.
That apart I believe the Iraqi population respond better to the strong hand from a tyrant than democracy which on the background of thousands upon thousands of years of strong, brutal leadership by some sultan or other - respect a hard hand of leadership more than the more vague spectra of the unknown democracy which for many is a weak system lacking direction
What do you think ?

Sadam Hussain has costed the life of thouthands of civils, and caused hundreds of children to become orphans... And you ask the question wether he should be hanged or not! I think he has no place amongst us. There is a difference between fighting a war, and promoting terrorism. He has obviously chosen terrorism, knowing very well what was awaiting him. So hang him!!!

it won't cause such uncalm things down but not let the caught things to reactive.
