no never there is no age for starting taking alchohol never should be taken.

It should be Minimum 18 years. it is absorved by government.
near schools & colleges bars & restaurants are banned by government as it will make an impact on childrens to consume alchohol. I dont know wats your age please dont drink alchohol
it is not good for health.
