Last year I’ve been having many sleepless nights until sometimes I don’t even sleep until 10AM. It’s not that I have things to do, but I just couldn’t sleep. I would toss and turn on my bed every minute. I even tried to make myself very tired the whole day and hoping that I would have a good night sleep, but NO. My body would be tired, but my mind is still very awake. Even if I do sleep, I would have bad dreams/nightmares. I tried solving this problem by Feng Shui. Slept in my best direction, made sure that there is no beam on top of me, no mirror facing me when I’m sleeping. No poison arrows and etc. I even cleaned my room, changed the curtains and etc… STILL COULDN’T SLEEP!I posted this problem on World Of Feng Shui forum, and someone suggested me to try Bedroom Mountain method. Placing mountain picture above the headboard in any directions is effective in giving a person good sleep and support. I find this method interesting because when one head is pointing toward bad direction, it can remove bad chi from bad directions and if one head is pointing toward good direction, it give strength and power to one’s good directions. Just my little experiences on bedroom mountain - hope it help. Here are example of bedroom mountain pictures, it is advisable to place mountain picture above the bed head board, and bed head board preferable rest on a solid wall. Placing mountain picture above the headboard doesn’t take effect immediately. I remembered having headache the next day. But after a week, I am now sleeping without problems. I still have dreams nearly every night, but not nightmare. It worked for me and if you have sleeping problems, do try it out as there is no harm.
