More of a 'getting in shape' than 'staying in shape'
I swim for about four hours a week, and estimated I hit around 13-19 miles, can't ever be sure.
Run each morning, play football (soccer) with my nephews regulary, and of course, cycle!

I'm really not in bad shape for the shape I'm in. I walk about 3 miles a day but not necessarily for exercise...I don't have a car so I have only shank's mare to depend on. At my age my shape isn't all that important to me and if others want to think I'm fat, and laff at me or whatever that's their problem. Guess you might say that I am not in shape....I'm outta shape. (PS: that isn't me in the photo)

haha okay. but its really not that important to some people and to others its of great importance. well walking 3 miles a day even if its not for exercise can be a good atribute to good health.
