...then why are you only credited for a single response in a discussion? And why aren't the comments under a response credited? Who's to say that one person can't thoughtfully contribute more than once to a discussion?
Maybe it's time for another change (admins)??

I think that you are completely right. If you really want good discussions then people should be able to talk back and forth and be credited for these things. I think that at times some of the best discussions are ones in which the most disagreement is going on and when you are able to challenge another person's thoughts and then respond back and forth that this is what true dialouge and discussion really encompasses. We need more discussions like these and not just the ones where you reply with no real thought or interest in how the discussion ends.

I would agree with you, although I am not sure how Mylot allocates the money you get, just because the number of points you get doesn't increase, it doesn't follow that you don't get extra money for continuing a discussion.

I totally agree. I also think we should be notified if someone comments on one of our responses on someone elses discussions. Of course, the thank you for responding would have to stop or we would go crazy, but there are alot of discussions I would love to know if someone replies to something I have said. Maybe we could even have a button on the discussions so that we can be notified on the ones we are really really interested in.

yes mylot always wants quality responses from the users and they pay more for that even though i have noticed that there are lots of questions with yes or no answers.
