Medical and engineering , they r two subjects which you cannot compare .It is only on the interest of the person to which he is inclined that he must choose his field of profession. Engineers work on machines and computers whereas doctors on humans each field has its satisfaction so instead of asking others ask your self what you want to do

Took the words right out of my mouth. Who is making a choice -- someone who wishes to pursue this as a career? is it a community that must decide what it needs more to serve its people? Both are important in people's lives. So you cannot say one is a better choice than the other, except if it pertains to one person's preference or inclination.

now in india the choice shud b eng bcoz of da increasing amount of jobs n also da fees in medical field is just 2 much.avg man cant pay it.

think about this: a doctor's mistake can destroy a single life. an engineer's mistake can destroy a whole building containing doctors and hundreds of other people.

I would choose Engineering as it’s something I’d be more interested in, while I won’t faint at the drop of blood I wouldn’t like to get in there and actually operate on someone. It’d be a bit weird!

Its Medical. Because one can show excellance and awarded on final result. Where as In engineering there are so many come for cliam. Ex. Drafts man, planner, Masanor, project proposer etc
