I would have to say that when I gave birth to our 1st child - my husband had the nerve to ask if the baby was his - knowing that I had never been with anyone else - and to think that the baby looked nothing like me but completely like my husband - oooh man I could have killed him for even thinking it!!!

Adenomyosis.
It's a condition where the tissue that normally grows in the uterus during the fertile part of the cycle instead grows inside the muscle wall. It was excrutiating. Every month I ended up in the hospital with a morphine drip, screaming uncontrollably. Trust me childbirth was nothing on this.
I ended up having a hysterectomy. It's the only cure.
Emotionally painful would be the betrayal of somebody I trusted. I was completely abandoned by somebody who claimed to value me. Of course now I can see he was just using me, but at the time it was devestating.

The most physically painful would be when I gave birth to my two sons. The most emotionally would be when I was cheated on by my boyfriend.

It was having a child. That was the most horrible pain in the world.

wow thats a tough question...I think the most physically painful would have to be when I fell of the gorge wall at Letchworth and tore the ligaments in my knee...my entire knee bent in a way it should ahve NEVER been able to do..that was pretty damn brutal.....I was tempted to say the rapes and beatings I got from the 3 pigs when I was 17 but the truth is I mentally shut down during it and actually blocked it out until I was in my late 20s....so ya, wreckin my knee was the most painful

Physically: My ex husband ran me over with a car while I was pregnant with out daughter. I went into shock and had a dislocated sternum and broken ribs. The back tire went directly over my chest and missed my face by about 2 inches.
Emotionally: Would be the abuse I received from my ex

Wow.... what a terrible person. Did he do it on purpose? I'm guessing yes. How awful.

The worst emotional pain was when I was 10 yrs old and was bullied at school by a group of girls, but instead of the teacher putting an end to it he actually instigated alot of it. I suffered for many years, it knocked my confidence and it took along time to trust anyone again. I always stayed on the defensive when meeting new people.
The most physical has to be giving birth. What a pain, but at least its a pain for a good reason, so I coped with that alot better!

the most painful situation happened with me was when i was 13 yrs old. i was on my bicycle goin at nearly 50-60 kmph speed, i was actually racing with one of my friends when i suddenly got to knew tht my cycle's steering is becomin somewht hard, but although i didnt show any reaction and stil continued to show up my bravery. then suddenly the handle got separated from the front wheel n then u can imagine wht had happened. the only moment after tht i remember was my dad waked me up in the hospital to drink some banana milk. this was the horrible situation for me uptil now. i had three fractured bones n many parts of the skin torned away oozing lots n lots of blood..
sob sob..........

I got beat up once. During the fight, I got my nose busted open twice and my head was split open as well. It wasn't painful at the time or when I went to the hospital to get stitches. But, it hurt the next day when everything was swelling and healing.
Having a baby is also painful. But again, I didn't feel anything due to the epideral. I felt the pain after it wore off!!!

I cannot say the worst, but I can say the second worse. Having my daughter hate me hurts so much. And teaching her kids to hate, after I helped her time and time again, until I was drained of money and physical help.

There have been many. The hardest and worse would have to be when my 5 year old son was kidnapped by his Father. I could not find him for many days and when I did I could not get him back for weeks. I was totally a wreck until it was all over.

I tore my ACL and subsequently had surgery, both were very painful. I'm trying to think of more painful things, but the rehab after surgery was probably the most painful. I couldn't straighten my leg for a long time and they would force it straight and it was excruciatingly painful.

Shortly after I found out that I was pregnant I went to see my Grandmother in hospital. She was very ill and I wanted to tell her that I was expecting a child. When I got to the hospital I was met by my Mother who told me Gran was in a very bad way. I went into her ward and sat beside her, and held her hand. She was only just about awake but was able to understand when I told her my wonderful news. She smiled, patted my hand, and passed away.
To this day I am truly grateful for the chance to be able to tell her about my son.

The most physically painful thing was when during surgery my blood pressure dropped too low and they had to bring me out of anesthesia during the operation.
The most painful emotionally was losing my two babies in a house fire fifteen years ago. I still have nightmares, and probably always will.

The most physically painful thing that's ever happened would have to be the contractions I felt during labor with my son (no, not the actual birth part, just the contractions). And that's saying a lot since I've been in a really bad car accident and suffered 2nd degree frostbite on both feet and been in a bike accident where the top few layers of flesh on my chest and stomach were ripped off against the pavement!
The most emotionally painful thing would probably have to be when my boyfriend decided he MIGHT want to be with someone else and not me...
