Write many quality discussions and keep them going. Interesting topics draw lots of responses. Rate as many discussions/comments/responses as you can and when you comment/resond to other's discussions make it a quality post too.
Make sure you add good tags so that your discussion is easily found in a search, and spelling is also key.
