Do we get paid for the replies made to our discussion?

I really have a doubt on it. When i look at some people's discussion, i really think its not the truth, they just want more responses added. thats why they have used it here. So will they get paid if they get more responses? If yes do you have any idea how much?

Right its always good to respond back to your friends. You want to keep your friends happy so they will respond back to you. Its like you rub my back Ill rub yours.

Well the more you respond to others replies, the more they reply back and you'll more popular. So now that makes your topics hotter. The hotter and more active they become, the more are you chances to earn more.

Yes, it's an important factor to keep our discussions active because that way we can get more replies and be paid accordingly although i'm not focusing exclusively on money, i'm trying to build a relationship with my responders...
