If you lost that quality, do you think they would still like you?

my friends always tell me that they feel safe when i'm around. I guess they like because i'm dependable, they can be sure that i'm always there for them, i may not always agree with their decisions but i will always try to understand, i don't tolerate bad actions but i won't leave them. i simply wait and help them pick up the pieces again after they realize their mistake. would they still like me if i lost this quality? honestly, i don't know, but i certainly hope so.

I think because they can rely on my, I seem to be the one that is the centre of friends, they seem to communicate through me and get me to organize get togethers and I am usually the one the does all the visiting and help them out when needed, most of my friends do a little procrastinating, where I am a doer.

I think it is my helpfulness and friendliness that they like about me. Well, we have created very strong bond so it's difficult to tear us apart.

I am always willing to offer a helping hand. They know that I have gained a new word. That word was "NO". I used it often and they still came back. I was actually trying to manage the "ME" time. There was no time for me and I finally decided to have some time for myself. The need to pull back on my help was much needed.

The fact that they still came back shows that they value you for you and not just what they can get from you!
