generally it is veri difficult to sleep in just one position the whole night , i think everybody changes position during night & same os the case with me also, sometimes i sleep on my left side, sometimes right side, sometimes on stomach, etc.

I fall asleep on my left side, with my knees slightly curled and one hand under my pillows. Naturally, though, we turn several times in the night and I don't always wake up in the same position in which I drift off to sleep. :-)

keep on turning whole night. Not possible to sleep on just one side
